Vinyl composite tile or vinyl sheet floors:

Here is the process:
- Strip, seal and wax: strip old finish from floor, edges of door frames and baseboards and then apply a sealer to protect your flooring.
- Top scrub and recoat: After the old finish is removed and the VCT flooring is exposed we will scrub any defects before applying a finish sealer.
- Recoat Sealer and protect: After we scrub the floors GEMM will add to coats of high solid finish to bring back the shine.
(LVT) Luxury Vinyl Tile floors:
Luxury Vinyl Flooring is easy to maintain if properly protected. Over time with your LVT floor being unprotected could lead to a dull look of the floor.
- Clean and Seal: Luxury Vinyl will be cleaned with special commercial cleaner and wet mop with a neutral cleaner.
- LVT Floor finishes: After cleaning GEMM will provide a protectant on the floors giving your floors a good shine.
Tile and Grout Cleaning:
Cleaning tile floors by hand is hard work. Some times it will feel impossible to get the deep-clean results that come with professional cleaning. That’s because grout, which is a porous material, collects dirt, grease and spills, often discoloring the surface.
At GEMM Solutions, our floor tile cleaners achieve far better results than any hand cleaning could ever do. We use a rotary machine with powerful agents that will agitate below the surface. After agitation we use our hard surface wand to steam clean the tile killing bacteria and change the appearance in the process.
Once the tile is clean, you have the option to add a finishing coat of our clear sealant which protects your grout and keeps it looking great. The advantage with this option is that the maintenance is easier and longevity of your tile life will last longer.
